Red Light Hat

To use the Red Light Hat, first ensure the battery is fully charged. Attach the battery to the back of the hat by aligning it with the three magnetic dots - it should click easily into place. Press and hold the power button until the battery beeps and the red lights turn on. Once the red lights are illuminated, place the hat on your head and begin your 10-minute treatment. The battery will beep again when the session is complete. For best results, use the hat daily for 10 minutes over a 16-week period, followed by ongoing maintenance treatments 3-4 times per week.
