REFUND POLICY
We're pleased to inform you that any unopened and unused products can be returned and fully refunded within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase. A flat handling fee of £6 will be deducted from your total refund once approved.
Excludes sale items, gift card/e-gift cards, samples and gift with purchase. Please note that original delivery charges are not refunded and any delivery costs are at your expense for items returned by post to us. For electrical devices, the warranty period falls in line with the brand in questions warranty period. Please visit the brand's website for further information.
We will refund your payment for the goods as soon as possible by the original payment method. Once your refund has been processed, it can take your card provider 5 working days to credit your account.

- Ensure your product is unopened and unused. Re-package your items safely and include your packing slip.
- Click the following link to register your return: www.royalmail.com
- Print and attach the pre-paid Royal Mail label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring the original dispatch label is covered. If you don’t have a printer, simply download the QR code on your mobile and take it to your Royal Mail Post Office, where they can scan the code and print the label for you.
- Take your parcel to any Post Office where you will be given a receipt, or arrange a collection with Royal Mail. Please retain your receipt until we have sent you an email confirming that your refund has been processed.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm either the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back onto the original method of payment. The cost of the return will not be reimbursed.
- Please note that a refund will only be issued once we have physically received the returned parcel. If Royal Mail considers the parcel lost, we will conduct a formal investigation to determine its status. The refund will not be processed while the investigation is ongoing.
- A flat £6 handling fee will be deducted from your total refund once approved.
