How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Just browse our products, add your selected items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your details and complete payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, you can modify or cancel it by contacting our customer service team as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, changes may not be possible.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be sent directly to the recipient's email address.

How do I apply a discount code?

At checkout, there will be a designated area to enter your discount code. Once entered, click "Apply" and the discount will be deducted from your total. Discount codes are valid only on full-priced products.

Shipping & Delivery:

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer Standard and Express Delivery shipping options. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination. Please see our Shipping Page for more details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your order on our delivery partner’s website.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll help resolve the issue.Please note, during our sale and Christmas periods, orders may take a little longer to process than usual.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout. Standard delivery is £4.50 (free on orders over £30) with a 3-5 working day timeframe, while express delivery is £6.95 and arrives within 1-2 working days if ordered before 2pm (Monday-Friday). Returns & Refunds:

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 28 days of purchase for unopened and unused products. A £2.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. For more details, visit our Returns Policy page.  

How do I return a product?

To return a product, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Ensure the product is securely packaged and include your original order number. Click the following link to register your return: www.royalmail.com

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the damage including the outside of the box. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Are the products you stock cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to stock only cruelty-free products from brands that do not test on animals.

Do you offer vegan products?

Yes, we offer a wide range of vegan-friendly products. Look for the “Vegan” label on the product pages or filter your search by vegan products.

How can I find out if a product is suitable for my skin type?

Are the products you stock organic or natural?

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the “My Account” button on the top right of our website. Follow the prompts to enter your details and set up your account.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on “Forgot Password” on the login page. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset it.

Do you offer refillable products?

Are your packaging materials recyclable?

Yes, most of our packaging is recyclable, and we're continuously improving our sustainability efforts. We encourage our customers to recycle whenever possible. The packing peanuts we use to protect your products are also eco-friendly and can be dissolved in water, creating zero waste.

Gift Options:

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping on selected products. Simply choose the gift wrap option at on the product page where you will be prompted to add your personal message too.

Can I include a personal note with my gift?

Absolutely! You can add a personalised note once you opt for the 'Add Gift Wrap' option on the product page and we’ll include it with your gift.
