For skin, oral & gut health: Adults – 1 capsule a day. For oral health, open capsule, mix with water and gargle before swallowing. For immunity support: Preventative dose – 1 capsule, once a day, ideally during the winter months. Loading Dose (from the first inkling you’re feeling run down) – 1 capsule, 3 times a day, until feeling yourself. Suitable for children – Recommended dose 1 capsule opened and sprinkled onto food.
