Apply the balm with a make up brush or with the fingers directly to the cheeks. Gently dab the formula onto the skin making sure to blend the edges. Repeat for a darker colour. You can also dab with a brush or the fingers to the eyelids for a pop of colour. For the lips apply to the top and bottom lip and rub together.
