To use the HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket, simply lay it on a flat surface, plug it in, and set your desired temperature using the control panel, which can heat up to 70°C. Slide into the blanket, zip it up, and relax for 30–60 minutes as the infrared heat works to promote detoxification, muscle recovery, and relaxation. Stay hydrated during your session, and after finishing, carefully exit the blanket, drink water, and enjoy the rejuvenating benefits. For optimal results, use 3–4 times per week, adjusting the temperature and duration based on your comfort level.
