The Amelia Nour Beauty Marks Programme is a rewards programme offered by Amelia Nour to customers IN THE UK only and is limited to one account per individual. Shopping online in the UK will earn you Amelia Nour Beauty Marks redeemable only on the UK site. You must be 18 years or older to be an eligible for the Amelia Nour Beauty Marks Programme.
By submitting your email and signing up for the Amelia Nour Beauty Marks Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). The Programme is void where prohibited by law.
EARNING AND REDEEMING YOUR BEAUTY MARKS
Under the Amelia Nour Beauty Marks Programme, you earn one (1) mark “point” for every pound spent (as applicable based on country of purchase) on products purchased on www.amelianour.co.uk. You may also earn marks for other activities as outlined here.
Amelia Nour Beauty Marks have no cash value and can only be redeemed for “Rewards”.
Amelia Nour Beauty Marks may be redeemed as determined by Amelia Nour in its sole discretion; provided, however, that in order to redeem your marks for any Rewards, you must (1) accumulate a minimum number of points as established by Amelia Nour and (2) make an additional purchase of merchandise from Amelia Nour at the time that you redeem your marks.
Rewards are available with marks redemption while supplies last. You are not required to redeem Rewards during checkout. Due to the limited nature of the Rewards, we regret that we are unable to reship Rewards if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one or if one is missing from your order. In the event Rewards arrive damaged, you received the wrong one, or one is missing from your order, please contact Amelia Nour's customer service customerservice@amelianour.co.uk. Rewards may not be returned or exchanged. Rewards are shipped with merchandise purchases only.
AMELIA NOUR BEAUTY MARKS REWARD TIERS
Reward Tiers are determined exclusively by mark accumulation. You can redeem your Beauty Marks at all times as long as you have enough Marks to match the number of Marks required in the Rewards Tier you have chosen. You may also chose to continue accumulating points without redemption at time of purchase to achieve a higher reward tier level.
Amelia Nour may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Rewards Programme and Reward Tiers rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for program participation, or any other feature of the Amelia Nour Beauty Marks online programme or may terminate the Beauty Marks programme at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice.
